Run a SaveSpecial operation with caret-delimited arguments
Invokes a named special save operation using the current AMSX XML buffer (mdoc) as the XML payload. Argument 0 is a single string of caret-delimited values that are split into individual parameters before being passed to the SaveSpecial handler.
