Lon Mackey - Head of Sales
Lon Mackey heads up our selling operations. Lon has a strong background in
IT Asset Management Solutions. He has over 30 years of sales and
marketing experience and has held senior positions during that time. Prior to joining xAssets, Lon built out
a global partner base for a leading service desk vendor, and prior to that held senior selling roles at iQuate, Scalable Software and Absolute Software.
Lon also helped xAssets build out it's customer base and partner base between 2003 and 2011, building key relationships and establishing
xAssets as a leading provider of asset management software solutions.
Lon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems and Finance from Northeastern University.
Ed Cartier - Chief Marketing Officer
Ed Cartier was Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications for Eracent and previously held senior positions related to software marketing,
licensing and sales. Ed was responsible of all
aspects of Eracent's corporate marketing, channel partner development, and corporate contract management, as well as oversight of the RFP
response process. Prior to taking the position at Eracent, he spent thirteen years in a senior role at the AT&T / Lucent
Intellectual Property Business.
Ed has been widely published, contributing articles to trade publications focused on IT asset management and
the development of channel sales programs. Ed authored published white papers covering
the role of IT asset management tools in network security and IT cost control. While at Lucent he
was recognized as one of the top 50 national channel executives for two consecutive years.
Ed holds a BA degree in Political Science from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ,
an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a graduate of the AEA/Stanford Executive Institute on
Managing Technology Companies held at the Stanford University School of Business at Palo Alto California.
Paul Lambert - Chief Technology Officer
Paul is a founding member of the xAssets team and brings a wealth of technical,
financial and business experience to the company. He is responsible for the overall technical
direction and business strategy of xAssets. Before xAssets was formed Paul was involved
in high profile change and emergency fix projects for a number of large enterprises in London
including Cable and Wireless, Lloyds Bank, IBM Lotus and Pershing/DLJ. He
also worked as an independent consultant to various management teams, providing strategic software consulting
and implementations to allow rapid growth, enable strategic execution and to facilitate floatation.
Paul's deep understanding of asset management, business development, software development, networking,
asset accounting and finance
has enabled xAssets to grow both its business and its product suite to become the market leading asset management software company.
Paul is now taking xAssets to a new level of capabilities with some great innovations and market firsts to be released later this year.
Paul holds an honours degree in Chemistry from Imperial College, London, is an Associate of
the Royal College of Science, and carries current Microsoft Certifications in .NET,
Software Asset Management (SAM), Sql Server and Windows Architecture.
Donna Hambly - Chief Financial Officer
Donna heads up xAssets finances and takes overall responsibility for the company's financial strategy, planning,
accounting, compliance and operations. Donna has over 18 years experience in the financial management of
software companies and carries expertise in acquisition strategies, mergers, capital structures, venture funding,
corporate governance and management reporting.
Donna has also previously invested in start-ups as a business angel. She maintains expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
alongside Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) relevant to US, UK and Canada.
Donna is a founding member of the xAssets management team.
Graeme Radtke - Director of Hosting and SAM Solutions
Graeme is the Director of Hosting and SAM Solutions with xAssets,
and takes overall responsibility for the delivery and security of hosted
infrastructure and SAM solutions.
Graeme previously worked in a senior position at Frontrange (was Centennial, now Ivanti), taking responsibility for the
delivery of support in the EMEA region. Graeme has substantial expertise in Discovery technologies and Software Asset Management.
Graeme holds ITIL Software Asset Management certification, Microsoft SAM certification,
and has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Information Systems
and Business economics with the University of South Africa.
