Summary

Read an SNMP MIB file into a temporary table

Description

Reads a MIB file, converts it to XML, and loads the result into a temporary SQL table with columns id, value, and comment. Use before querying SNMP MIB data in subsequent steps.

Argument 0	temp table name to drop the XML into
